Every GeeGee™ order is covered by our 90-day satisfaction promise. Use it daily as directed, and if you are not happy with your results, contact us for a refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Email support@geegeeshop.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within one business day with return instructions.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and checked, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your device arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free and typically arrives in 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout.
